HCQ Group, Inc. is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Brokerage Company. We believe that when you decide to educate yourself as a real estate professional, and become licensed to offer your services for a commission, you are entitled to keep most of that commission. By receiving 90% of the commission you generate, you are also fully in charge and flexible to offer the best possible deals to your customers. And by the way, we do not impose a “Commission Cap”. What is a cap? It means that once an agent’s transaction reaches a certain purchase price, that agent would no longer be on the high commission plan for that transaction. The agent would then revert to a lower commission split plan with that broker, costing the agent thousands of dollars more just when they were doing better. Not with us! You have transactions in the millions of dollars? No problem. You receive the same 90% split. There are no monthly fees or floor time required. Your time is yours 100% of the time. We will not waste it on sales meetings, presentations or trainings that usually tend to look more like forced sales pitches by industry vendors like printing companies, title companies, mortgage companies, motivational companies, inspection companies, real estate attorneys and the like. Obviously these are important and valuable services for your business, and we are happy to provide you with a list of reputable service providers in your area at no charge to you. What we will not do is force you into meeting rooms to listen to them under false pretenses. Need training? We all do on a regular basis. We offer one-on-one training on a case by case basis, and suggest classes (excellent on technology) offered by the Miami Realtor’s Association based on our personal conversations with you. Once your specific needs are identified, we proceed on a plan to improve your efficiencies towards becoming an effective real estate professional. Home Office? Great! We offer 100% of our services online, so the only time you need to leave your home office is to go out to meet your customers and make sales. You will have access to all forms (in Form Simplicity + eSign) and be able to input your own listings in the MLS. We will monitor your MLS inputs daily to advise you of any needed corrections to abide by all rules and regulations and keep you out of trouble. Prefer not to input your own MLS?
